Your credit card will not be charged until after your appointment. FSA & HSA cards accepted. We are out of network with all medical insurance companies, but are happy to provide you with detailed receipts/superbills should you choose to file your own insurance.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To better serve our patients and ensure that they have a fair opportunity to have an appointment as promptly as possible, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

NO SHOW POLICY: Patients who fail to show up to an appointment and have not contacted our office are considered a “No Show” and will be charged the full cost of the appointment for each missed appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: A “Late Cancel” is less than 24 hours notice. Patients who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will be charged half of the appointment cost.

As a courtesy, our system will send an appointment reminder 24 hours before by email and 2 hours before by text message, unless you have opted out of these services.

With experience both as an athlete and a coach, she understands the demands of each role. After enduring several debilitating back injuries, Traci shifted her focus from competition to coaching, prioritizing movement quality over intensity. This transition sparked her passion for helping others improve their movement and overall well-being. Her chronic injuries eventually led her to discover Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Kinstretch, which provided her with the tools to assess her limitations and train her body back to health. Dr. William Jones, known by “Wijy”, was born and raised in Maryland. Dr. Wijy grew up very active, playing soccer, baseball, and swimming and eventually specializing in soccer. With interests in both injury and strength and conditioning, he decided to study Exercise Science at Salisbury University in Maryland where he played varsity soccer and eventually earned All-Conference and All-Region honors, before going to New York Chiropractic School (now Northeastern College of Health Sciences) to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Wijy still enjoys playing soccer as well as coaching, training, and sometimes competing in powerlifting. He also loves spending time with his two boys and wife exploring Colorado.

She has achieved well beyond the Colorado licensing requirements for training by graduating with her Associates Degree of Applied Science from The Academy of Natural Therapy (Greeley, CO) in 2020. Her studies focused on equine, canine and many modalities of human massage including orthopedic, neuromuscular, lymphatic drainage and sports massage. Jose Reveles Blanco, but most people know him as Blanco, is a self-taught barber with over six years of experience. Originally from New Mexico and now building his brand out here in Colorado. He specializes in clean fades, sharp lineups, and creative design work. Spanish is his first language, so if you’re more comfortable speaking español, no problem — hablamos bien. Blanco takes pride in his work and in the experience he gives. He keeps it professional, clean, and consistent and he also brings energy, creativity, and good conversation to the chair.
