Your credit card will not be charged until after your appointment. FSA & HSA cards accepted. We are out of network with all medical insurance companies, but are happy to provide you with detailed receipts/superbills should you choose to file your own insurance.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To better serve our patients and ensure that they have a fair opportunity to have an appointment as promptly as possible, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

NO SHOW POLICY: Patients who fail to show up to an appointment and have not contacted our office are considered a “No Show” and will be charged the full cost of the appointment for each missed appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: A “Late Cancel” is less than 24 hours notice. Patients who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will be charged half of the appointment cost.

As a courtesy, our system will send an appointment reminder 24 hours before by email and 2 hours before by text message, unless you have opted out of these services.
